League Review | Leitchville-Gunbower and Mount Pleasant won closely-fought contests in Saturday’s 12th round of A-grade netball in the Bendigo Bank Heathcote District Football Netball League.

The LG line-up celebrated its third victory of the season as the Bombers won 41-39 on Lockington Bamawm United’s court.

Mount Pleasant moved back into the top three and the coveted double chance for the finals after a four-goal win at home against Heathcote on the Toolleen court.

The Blues and Saints were both on the rebound from defeat.

Scores were level at quarter-time before the Saints led by a small margin at the main break.
