dimboolaWimmera-Mail Times | HORSHAM has turned in a much more pleasing performance on Saturday, easily accounting for Dimboola by 53 points at Horsham City Oval.

The Demons were not happy with their round 11 performance, despite overcoming Ararat.

There was plenty to improve on – according to club leaders – and the side responded emphatically as a number of big names stood up.

Joel Geue and Luke Carr kicked four goals each for the winners and co-coach Nick Pekin slotted back into the line-up beautifully, kicking three himself.

Jordyn Burke, Sean Christopher and Billy Lloyd all chimed in with two majors each as the Demons’ juggernaut proved tough to halt.

For the injury-ravaged Dimboola side, Ash Clugston stood tall again with three goals.

Torin Petrie kicked two majors while Hamish and Lachie Exell were the two standouts for the Roos.

Dimboola is now clinging to a spot in the top five.

It is now just percentage clear of Nhill.
