Sydney FCSEN | “Last night was like a brain fade for him.” Terry Wallace says Lance Franklin’s display in Sydney’s loss to Melbourne was “one of the more selfish games” he has seen from the champion forward.

Franklin, 32, booted one goal and three behinds in the 22-point defeat to the Demons and went at 50 percent disposal efficiency. He also had 16 kicks and zero handballs. The AFL Hall of Famer described the eight-time All-Australian’s performance as a “brain fade” and uncharacteristic of Franklin’s team-first mindset.
