FORMER Jeparit Rainbow footballer Mark Austin has been named in Carlton's squad for tomorrow's match against Melbourne.

Picked at No. 35 in last year's AFL draft, Austin is a graduate of the MBF High Marks program.

The 'High Marks' initiative gives talented youngsters from the country an intimate look inside an AFL club.

Austin and nine 'High Marks' teammates met Hawthorn's coaching and playing staff for an intensive week of training.

This year's 'High Marks' program took 11 VCFL footballers, aged 14 to 16, to Hawthorn.
