Cowwarr and Sale City fought out a tight tussle which saw the Saints challenge the Dogs who managed to hold on to win by 10.

The Kangaroos continue to flex their muscle their muscle Heyfield making it eight consecutive wins defeating Churchill, 50 to 28.

Reigning premiers Woodside confirmed their hold on fourth place on the ladder standings recording a solid victory over Glengarry.
