Heywood FNC will play in the South West District Football League after it's appeal was upheld by the VCFL Board yesterday.

Following the appeal by the Heywood Football Netball Club (HFNC) in relation to the decision of the Western Border FL (WBFL) to refuse their transfer application to join the South West District Football Netball League in 2012, we advise the following:

o Appeal Upheld

o Based upon the submissions received by both parties the WorkSafe VCFL Board determined that the South West District FNL is the appropriate League for the Heywood FNC for the 2012 season onwards
