Gormandale Football Netball Club is set to welcome back the return of their former premiership players from one of the clubs most successful eras.

The Premiership Reunion will coincide with their round eight home clash against Stratford, with the Tigers welcoming the return of players and coaches from their 1986 Senior Premiers and Champions, 1986 Reserves back to back Premiers and the more recent 1991 Senior Premiers.

Gormandale Football Netball Club recognises the contribution of former players and associates of the club with the Tigers having held a number of reunions over the years with great success.

The club is hoping that they will see many of their premiership players return to the club in what will be a big day of celebrations.

The day is set to kick off from 1.30pm on Saturday 28th May at the Gormandale Recreation Reserve, finger food will be provided with drinks at bar prices.

After watching the Tigers do battle against the Swans, the tales of on field heroics of yesterday will move into the evening with a dinner meal and presentations. Each of the premiership coaches will be in attendance with guests to hear from 1986 Seniors coach Neil Meredith, reserves coach Gary Lee and League best and fairest winner and premiership player/coach Alan Jennings.
