AFL VicCountryThe Weekly Times | The start of the country football season will be pushed back until the end of May under recommendations from the AFL, which is responding to the threat of COVID-19.

The Victorian country football season was due to get underway on March 28, with full or partial rounds in the Colac and District, Ellinbank and District, Mornington Peninsula Nepean (Division 2), Ovens and King, Ovens and Murray, Tallangatta and District, Warrnambool and District, and West Gippsland leagues.
