Season 2023 | Despite the challenges that some clubs and leagues have experienced of late, the countdown is definately now on to the start of the 2023 country football and netball season.

For the following leagues the season starts on, of all dates, April 1st.  

Colac & District FNL | East Gippsland FNL | Ellinbank & District FNL | Geelong & District FNL | Gippsland FNL | Hampden FNL | Loddon Valley FNL | MPNFL Div 1 & Div 2 | Murray FNL | North Gippsland FNL | Omeo & District FNL | Ovens & King FNL | Ovens & Murray FNL | Picola & District FNL | Riddell & District FNL | Tallangatta & District FNL | Warrnambool & District FNL | West Gippsland FNL

It should be noted that for the Ovens & Murray FNL, Riddell & District FNL and West Gipsland FNL, the 1st of April are only single stand alone matches to launch the new season, with the remain Round 1 games for these leagues to be played in following weeks.

The Easter Weekend of April the 8th, sees the first round of matches beginning in the Ballarat, Central Murray and Goulburn Valley FNL's. 

Following East, another group of leagues begin their season 2023 on the weekend of April 15th.

Finally on the weekend of April 22nd sees the remaing leagues kick off matches for season 23 with the follwoing leagues all getting underway.
