Round 11 saw several close games of netball across North Gippsland courts with the competitions leading quartet forced hard to claim the points.

Churchill held on in the dying stages of their contest against TTU to win in a nail biter, 48 to 47 goals. It was the first time in 11 rounds that the undefeated reigning premiers were pushed to the final whistle, with the sixth placed Bombers sublime.

Gormandale and Woodside contested a tight physical contest which saw the home side win by two goals.

Sale City opened their season account with a morale boosting two goal victory over Boisdale/Briagolong.

It was far from one way traffic with Rosedale forced to battle it out against Cowwarr, while Glengarry claimed a shock five goal win over their higher ranked opponents Heyfield.
