League Preview | Back in the top five, Lockington Bamawm United will aim to keep the winning run rolling in Saturday’s 12th round of A-grade netball in the Bendigo Bank Heathcote District Football Netball League.
The Jessie Hardess-coached Cats played excellent netball on Heathcote’s court at Barrack Reserve last Saturday to score a 49-43 victory on the Saints’ court.
Now the challenge for LBU is to take the points against Leitchville-Gunbower at Lockington.
When these teams met on the Anzac Day weekend it was LBU which won 47-41 at Leitchville and Hardess earned the Anzac medal as best on court.
The Bombers are on the rebound from a 14-goal loss at home to Huntly.
