Round Review | Maiden Gully YCW Eagles soared to their 11th victory in a row in Saturday’s clash between A-grade netball’s top teams in round 16 of the Bendigo Bank Loddon Valley Football Netball League season.
The Christie Griffiths-coached Eagles took on Mitiamo at John Forbes Oval in Mitiamo.
Another strong team performance by Maiden Gully YCW was led by Leisa Barry in mid-court and Meg Patterson at goal attack as the Eagles won 58-47.
The play of Rachael Gray and Laura Butler was also a highlight for a team which will have Christie Griffiths who was on the sidelines because of a calf injury back on court next round.
