Hampden FNLMatch Previews | Port Fairy played a solid game against Camperdown and came away with their first win.

Tessa Allen has had a very consistent season and had another best on court performance to help the seagulls get their first points. Hamilton Kangaroos had a comfortable win over Terang Mortlake opening up a 7 goal lead at the first break.

They continued to build on that lead and were eventual winners 69 – 43. Portland are still struggling with numbers in their Open Division and were no match for South Warrnambool with the roosters winning 70 – 30. Koroit and North Warrnambool fought out a very close game at Victoria Park. North took a 4 goal lead into the last quarter and stretched that to 6 goals during the last but were not able to capitalise on their opportunities.

Koroit made some changes late in the game and came out on top amongst a finals fever atmosphere. The final score 41 – 39. In the Warrnambool V Cobden clash the Blues challenged the Bombers and were only down by a goal at the main break. Amy Wormald limited the opposition’s scoring opportunities but Cobden were able to get on top after making some changes in their attack and went on to win 55 – 36.
