For the winner, the season will still be live while for the loser it could be curtains.
Rochester will look to Eloise Cuttriss, Linda Rasmussen and Bridgette Holt to continue their strong form from last weekend.
United is continuing to promote some of its youngsters including Karis Moore and Diaz Barzen.
Moore was the shining light in the win last weekend over Mansfield while Barzen dropped 18 goals in the win.
Fellow shooter Georgia Walpole dropped 27 goals and mid-courter Laura Cole was also important in the win over the Eagles.
