Match Reviews | Hay Lions clawed their way to a dramatic victory against Moulamein in Saturday’s 12th round of A-grade netball in the Golden Rivers FNL season.

The Lions and Swans played out a great match on Hay’s court.

In a clash between third and fourth it was Hay which clung on for a 38-37 victory.

Although disappointed not to have claimed the four premiership points, Moulamein showed it cannot be taken lightly should it face Hay in a first semi-final.

At four rounds to go in the home and away series Moulamein is fourth on 16 points.

The Swans are under pressure from Macorna which is also on 16 points, but 16 per cent adrift.

Results in other matches went as expected on Saturday.

Macorna was at home against the ladder-leading Murrabit.
