Match Review | Kerang marked an upset victory against Balranald in Saturday’s 13th round of A-grade netball in the Central Murray FNL season.
Although the Blues had achieved just one victory and a draw going into the this match they outpointed the Roos this time.
At the final siren Kerang led 31-22 as Balranald slipped from third place to the fourth rung.
Favourites won the other four matches.
Cohuna Kangas bounded to a 47-33 win at home against Tyntynder.
Nyah Nyah West United fought on for a 49-38 victory against Koondrook Barham at Nyah Recreation Reserve.
Swan Hill was too strong for Woorinen at Swan Hill’s Alan Garden Reserve.
A 41-14 victory meant the Swans moved to the top spot as Lake Boga had the bye.
