Match Previews | Congratulation Amy Cooper on your Milestone game this week for Port Fairy. Amy will play her 200th Senior Game.

Amy also played 101 junior games at Port Fairy. Her netball journey began as a 12-year-old playing under 15’s like many juniors she played some senior games during this time.

Amy officially began her senior career in 2002 playing in B Grade (Division 1) for the following 4 seasons. Amy ventured to Merrivale for a season and then had a year in West Australia. On her return in 2009 Amy has consistently been involved at club land, playing, coaching and umpiring.

A real thrill for Amy was captaining the Division 2 premiership side in 2016.

Amy has worked hard on her umpiring and obtain her C grade badge in 2023 this reflects her commitment to the game.

Congratulations again Amy !!

Last week netballers played in very wet and windy conditions. Considering the inclement weather the netball was played at a high standard. Watching the junior grades I was amazed at the standard of play. Well Done to all players, coaches, officials, and umpires for taking to the weather likes ducks to water.
