At Woorinen the Tigers were favourites to take the points against a Kerang line-up which had a record of three wins, eight defeats and a draw to be ninth in the premiership race.
The Blues from Kerang outplayed Woorinen to score a 48-34 victory.
Closest result of the round was at Manangatang where the Tooleybuc Manangatang Saints scored a 53-46 win against Cohuna Kangas.
The ladder-leading Lake Boga was too strong for Koondrook Barham.
The Magpies from Lake Boga swooped to a 69-25 win on Koondrook Barham’s court at Barham.
It was a closely-fought contest between Tyntynder and Balranald at Alan Garden Reserve in Swan Hill.
At the final siren the Kangaroos from Balranald led the Bulldogs, 48-38.
