Match Reviews | All four A-grade netball teams bound for finals action were in great form across last Saturday’s 18th round in the Bendigo Bank Loddon Valley FNL season.

Match of the round was at Walker’s Doughnuts Riverside Oval in Newbridge where the Maroons took on Mitiamo.

It was third against first.

The Jen Wilson-coached Mitiamo tuned up for the finals by scoring a 68-37 victory.

Mitiamo now has a rest in week one of the finals series before it takes to the court for a second semi-final showdown with Pyramid Hill or Newbridge.

Was a tough afternoon for the Selina Holland and Kristy Gandy-coached Newbridge which must regroup for Saturday’s qualifying final.against Pyramid Hill at Marist College Oval in Maiden Gully.

Pyramid Hill reached the 60-goal mark in its home game against Maiden Gully YCW Eagles at Mitchell Park.
