Match Reviews | The ladder-leading Murrabit Blues had to fight hard to take the points on Hay’s court in Saturday’s 16th round of A-grade netball in the Golden River competition.

The Blues and Lions put on a great match as they warmed up for the finals action.

Murrabit had won 14 matches going into the clash at Hay as the Lions were on 10 wins.

At the final siren the Blues led 61-58.

It was an upset result in the showdown between the fourth-placed Moulamein and second-placed Ultima.

The Swans from Moulamein warmed up for a first semi-final by scoring a 35-28 win against Ultima at Moulamein.
