TTU made a charge at securing a finals berth with the Bombers moving into the top five at the expense of Rosedale, following the sides 45 to 19 goal victory over Bosidale/Braigolong.
Churchill made light work of Rosedale in wet slippery conditions, the Cougars holding strong in the wet to win by 10 goals.
Cowwarr sealed their fifth win of the season with a comfortable 55 to 21 victory.
Heyfield secured their hold on third position as they accounted for fourth placed Woodside, while on Sunday Gormandale enjoyed a 36 goal victory over long time foe Glengarry.
