Bendigo FNLMatch Reviews | GISBORNE took the premiership points in a seven-goal win against South Bendigo in Saturday’s second round of A-grade netball in the Bendigo Bank Bendigo FNL season.

The Tarryn Rymer-coached Gisborne struck back from the Good Friday loss at home to reigning premier Kangaroo Flat to score a 47-40 win against the Bloods.

It was South Bendigo’s first home of the season at Harry Trott Oval in Kennington following wins at Broadford and Castlemaine.

At Eaglehawk it was the Janelle Hobbs-coached Hawks who soared to a 33-goal victory against Golden Square.

The Two Blues dominated play at C & M Oval in Canterbury Park to win 72-39.

On-going development works at Golden Square’s Wade Street Oval meant the matches were switched to the Borough.

Was a tough hit-out for the Teigan Redwood-coached Golden Square which had won at Castlemaine’s Camp Reserve in round one.
