Bellarine FNLGeelong Times | For five years, Ocean Grove and Geelong Amateur have met in the final game of the Bellarine Football Netball League season, but their captains are not tired of the rivalry yet.

The clubs will come into Saturday’s grand final with different pressures.

Ocean Grove is chasing a fourth consecutive premiership, while Geelong Amateur isaiming to complete an undefeated season.

Captains Georgia Ryan, Georgia Duncan and Keisha Guilmartin said this year’s grand final felt different.

For Ryan, the Grubbers’ results this season mean they will enter the game as underdogs despite their history.

“We know that they are a very well-oiled team, and we know they’re going to come out hard,” she said.

“At the end of the day, it’s another game, right? And we always try to win every week.”
