Reigning premiers Churchill continued their savage attack on the opposition accounting for the bottom placed Sale City with ease, 64 to 22.

Second placed Gormandale found the going tough against third place Heyfield who are poised to meet the Tigers in the first week of finals. The Kangaroos proved too strong winning by eight at the final whistle.

Woodside maintained their slim hold on fourth position wiht a comprehensive 64 to 35 goal victory over Glengarry.

TTU didn't have it all their way, with Cowwarr providing spirited opposition which saw the Bombers take the points by nine goals.

Last years Grand Finalists Rosedale kept their slim finals hopes alive claiming the win against Boisdale/Briagolong.
