GORMANDALE will meet Heyfield in the North Gippsland A grade netball grand final on Saturday.
The grand finalists boast strong line-ups. Bree Hulley capped off a strong season for Gormandale by winning the league best-and-fairest award with teammate Teegan Clarke named in the A grade league team of the year, as were Heyfield's Emma Wojcinski and Kara Wheeler.
Bundling out minor premier and flag favourite Churchill last Saturday, the Kangaroos past month has been near faultless, however coach Kara Wheeler would be fully aware of the challenge which awaits her side.
Player-coach of the Kangaroos alongside assistant coach Gemma Barnard and Kerri Chivers, Wheeler will come up against Gormandale's league coach of the year Greata Douch, who has been instrumental in the development of netballers at Gormandale and has a string of premiership titles to her name.
AT Bairnsdale on Saturday, Stratford will be playing in three East Gippsland netball grand finals.
The Swans will meet Lucknow in A grade, Wy Yung in C and D grades.
