The Lyrebirds will look to take it up to the undefeated Cats ahead of the finals series, their most likely challenger yet to emerge.

Only significant margins would see the make up of the top five change, a factor unlikely to occur given the forecast wintry conditions for Saturday. Buln Buln will likely finish fourth and the Cats at the top of the table regardless of the result.

Sixth-placed Lang Lang will travel to take on seventh-placed Yarragon in an enticing clash between two sides locked on eight wins. The victor will claim sixth, with a significant percentage gap to fifth-placed Ellinbank.

The Eagles take on the lower ranked Bunyip, and will be favoured to collect the points.

TRAFALGAR and Longwarry should keep their strong form going ahead of an anticipated qualifying final match-up. They travel to take on Nilma Darnum and Nyora respectively.

CATANI and Poowong meet aiming to finish the season with a win. THE reserves ladder should also remain as is with big percentage gaps also at play.
