alburyBorder Mail |ANGUS Graham has signed a three-year contract with Essendon District Football League powerhouse Aberfeldie.

Graham, who parted company with reigning premier Albury last week, will start employment with a leading Melbourne real estate agent next week.

The former Richmond big man plans to step up training this week and is expected to resume from a knee injury later this month.

He injured his knee and calf in Albury's round 2 win over Corowa-Rutherglen and dropped the bombshell on the Tigers last week that he wanted to move to Melbourne.

Will Haberecht has taken over the No. 1 ruck mantle at Albury, with Aisake o'hAilpin and Will Smith offering support in the Tigers' win over Wangaratta Rovers at the weekend.

Jay Koehler also resumed in the seniors on Saturday following a hamstring injury and came through the clash unscathed playing predominantly as a forward.
