Tallangaata District FLBorder Mail |KIEWA-Sandy Creek co-coach Callum Turner says there is no panic in the Hawk camp despite last weekend’s shock loss.

While Turner said “a few changes” would be made to the line-up to help structures, he expects a far better showing.

“We will bring in a few blokes to help how we want to set up, but after reviewing the loss to Tallangatta I just think our lead-up wasn’t ideal,” Turner said.

“We had the week off and Wodonga Saints before that.

“Tallangatta played well too so we just have to concentrate on bouncing back hard against Chiltern.”

Although Turner said he doubted either side would tag players, he admitted the Hawks planned to watch Swan coach Mark Doolan closely.

“Chiltern has looked good in the finals,” he said.

“They have kicked a lot of goals.”

Kiewa-Sandy Creek forward Leigh Cameron, who missed last weekend’s clash due to a leg injury, is racing against the clock to be fit.

He will undergo a fitness test on Friday.
