Match Preview | Two one-sided matches unfolded to complete the second half of the round ten split round – the results have however opened up the chase for the last two finals spots in the SS&A OMFNL.
The big loser out of the football was no doubt Wangaratta Rovers who not only suffered an 83 point hammering from rivals Wangaratta but got smashed with percentage and pride.
Going into the two matches played this weekend Rovers had a percentage of 103.3 and was two games clear of sixth paced Lavington and seventh placed North Albury.
By Sunday evening the Rovers percentage had dropped to 91.8. Leaving them now just one game ahead of Lavington but trailing the Panthers on percentage by almost 17%.
The top three now looks locked away with Yarrawonga, Albury, and Wangaratta asset to battle out the minor premiership.
