Central Murray FNLMatch Reviews | TYNTYNDER put a dent in Lake Boga’s top-five aspirations as it won Saturday’s round nine clash in the Radio 3SH-backed Central Murray senior footy season.

On the rebound from a 23-point loss to Swan Hill in the stand-alone King’s Birthday holiday weekend match, Tyntynder charged to a 31-21 lead by quarter-time at Lake Boga Sports Club.

The Magpies fought back to win the second term, 26-10.

Tyntynder then led 61-56 at the start of the final quarter.

Inspired by the play of Bailey Reeves, Jack Woodward and co-coach Darcy Bibby it was Tyntynder which won the last term, 32-24, and the match, 93-70.

Elia Ware kicked five goals as Josh Potter added four majors for the Bulldogs.

Other multiple goalkickers for the red, white and blue were Kyle Doran and Jack Woodward on two.

Lake Boga’s attack was led by Rex Hickman, Jayden Lonergan and Zac Warne on two.

Best for Tyntynder included Elia Ware, Akasha Jenkins-Jaiswal and Sam Bull.
