CLASSY midfielder Ben Nicholson has followed former coach Marc Almond and signed with Dederang Mount Beauty.
Nicholson played in Howlong's most recent flag under Almond in 2010 before joining the Murray Magpies.
He won the Magpies best and fairest in his first season but has played only a handful of matches over the past two years.
