Border Mail | LAVINGTON speedster Jay Banks has said the fear of missing out on something special was the catalyst behind his decision to backflip and play with the Panthers.
In a huge boost to the club's chances of going deep into September, Banks will travel back to the Border each weekend while working in Wollongong.
"I was training with Western Suburbs in Sydney and just couldn't bring myself to commit to another club," he said.
"It was that simple really.
"We have picked up a few recruits, kept the list together pretty well and I just wanted to be a part of it.
"I can't wait."
