No Archibald return

yarrawongaBorder Mail | FORMER Yarrawonga star Kyle Archibald is adamant he won't be making a comeback for the Pigeons after kicking 14 goals in the reserves against Corowa-Rutherglen at J.C. Lowe Oval on Saturday.

"They were a bit short so I filled in to help the boys out," Archibald said yesterday.

Archibald kicked nine goals for Ungarie in the Northern Riverina Football League's opening round match and plans to play more games for his home club this season.

Fellow premiership player Matt Dwyer made his return from a knee reconstruction in Yarrawonga's 180-point reserve grade win over Corowa-Rutherglen.

He kicked three goals in the percentage booster.
