Border Mail |MURRAY Magpies midfielder Josh Maher has been slapped with a two-match suspension by the Hume league's independent tribunal.
Maher was found guilty of misconduct in an incident involving Coby Ross in last weekend's clash against Holbrook.
The charge was heard at Thurgoona Golf Club on Wednesday night.
Maher, will miss games against Billabong Crows and Walla.
The Albury premiership player will be available for interleague on May 23 after being named in the initial 44-man squad.
Maher was represented by Iain Findlay.
Culcairn's Brad Finlayson will miss the next three weeks after being found guilty of striking against Billabong Crows.
