krock Football | Only hours after saying it would be scheduling a round for the Queen’s Birthday long weekend, the GDFL has done an about-face.

The GDFL on Friday morning said it was moving this week’s postponed Round 8 matches to June 12 to allow for an 18-round season.

However, following mixed reaction from clubs, when the season recommences – whether that be June 5, June 19, or later – it will resume from Round 8, and rounds will be removed from the end of the season, dependent on how long the competition is paused.
