Match Previews | Milestone celebrations will take centre stage across the Hampden Football Netball League this weekend, with several outstanding servants of their clubs reaching significant achievements.
The headline act belongs to Jackson Bell, who will celebrate his 250th senior game for Warrnambool.
Since making his senior debut in 2012, Bell has established himself as one of the competition's premier players. Renowned for his elite skill level, football intelligence and consistency, he has been a cornerstone of Warrnambool's success over the past decade.
His list of achievements speaks for itself. Bell has earned eight Hampden League representative selections, represented Vic Country, won two club Best and Fairest awards and played a key role in two senior premierships. His contribution to both the Blues and the wider league will also be formally recognised, with Bell set to become a Hampden FNL Life Member.
North Warrnambool will also celebrate a pair of worthy milestones this Saturday. Bailey Jenkinson will run out for his 100th senior game with the Eagles, while Rhys Dews reaches an outstanding 200 club games.
Since making his senior debut, Jenkinson has become one of North Warrnambool's most reliable and respected players.
