K Rock Football | Steve Johnson will remain as coach of Newtown & Chilwell until at least the end of 2028 after signing a two-year contract extension.

The Eagles have confirmed the Geelong champion, who replaced Damien McMahon heading into the 2025 season. has put pen to paper on a new deal ahead of a crucial clash with St Joseph’s.

“Getting this locked away now was important for our club,” the club said in a statement.

“It allows everyone to remain focused on what lies ahead this season, while also giving us the certainty to continue building our football program well into the future.”
