K Rock Football | South Barwon coach Mark Neeld has recalled experienced forward Jonty Broughton, among two changes for tomorrow’s GFNL preliminary final against Bell Park at Scaada Stadium.
Broughton, who has played 142 games and kicked 232 goals at senior level. has spent nearly three months in the reserves, kicking 33 goals in eight games for the all-conquering Swans seconds.
South Barwon has also included Paddy Bourke, who was best on ground in last week’s reserves second semi-final victory over St Mary’s.
Oscar Pollock and Zac Green have been omitted.
The Dragons will have access to the talented Kobe George after Geelong omitted him from its VFL grand final team.
He replaces the unlucky Jake Reid, who has played 17 consecutive matches after spending the first three weeks of the season in the reserves.
