acfclogoThe All Australian Team and individual honours have been named at the conclusion of the 2012 Australian Country Football Carnival.

An unprecedented 13 players from the two Victorian teams were selected for All Australian honours after a successful carnival for the Vic's which saw the Vic1 team defend their title as country champion.

The Victorians dominated the other individual awards offered by the Australian Country Football Council, being selected for best player, best Under 21 and leading goalkicker of the carnival.
