Another big week in country footy with the O&M showdown making the front page of the little paper today. Craig Whelan cracked the 100 goals for the season on the weekend
with 9 goals to follow his 34 last week to be the first in the VCFL to make the
magic number.
The VCFL Under 19 squad gets a run this Sunday against the VAFA, while the senior
VCFL teams are in final preparations for the ACFC Carnival in Wagga, starting on
July 19.
UMPIRE HOLIDAY PROGRAM STARTS TODAY
Twenty three young umpires from all over the state has started a three day intensive school holiday program with the VCFL Umpiring Department.

VCFL ENERGYWATCH UNDER 19 TEAM
The final squad to take on the VAFA this Sunday at Elsternwick Park in the annual City vs. Country Under 19 Challenge Match has been named today.
The match will be streamed live via the VCFL website starting from 12:45pm this Sunday.
