Thirty eight players remain in contention to be selected in the EnergySafe U19 Victoria Country Squad.

The squad will train this Sunday (July 6) at Harry Trott Oval, Albert Park (10am for 10.30am start) in preparation for it's clash against an U19 Victorian Amateur Association side on Saturday July 12.

The game will now be played at St Albans Reserve, Geelong and NOT West Oval as originally indicated.

The game will immediately precede the GrainCorp Vic Country No.2 side's clash with VAFA's (Premier B – Division 4), also at St Albans Reserve.

On the same day, the WorkSafe AFL Victoria Country No.1 side will play a combined team of Melbourne's premier community leagues at Simonds Stadium in the ultimate showdown of the bush v the burbs.

The final EnergySafe U19 side comprising of 22 players will be announced on Tuesday July 8.
