Echuca United continued its impressive run of recent form with a dominant victory at home against Cobram, winning 20.13 (133) to 6.6 (42).

The Eagles slammed home eight goals to three in the third term to ensure the big victory, with Guy Campbell adding another six majors to his name.

Damian Dalziel also kicked three goals in his comeback game, along with Farran Priest, while best afield Rowan Priest and Scott Beattie also had excellent games.

Will Patone (two goals), Simon Rudd and Adam Svarc were the best for the Tigers.

■ Moama fought hard but was unable to hold on against a determined Finley side which kicked seven goals in the last term to win 15.14 (104) to 9.10 (64).

Dane Maxwell and Steve Patten kicked seven goals between them, but it was the games of Tim Robertson, Shaun Kable and Kamen Ogilvie which really stood out.

Josh Maddox, David Ismail and Ben Welch were the Magpies' best, while Jake Kilmartin was the only multiple goal-kicker with two.

■ Barooga finally secured its first win of the season and anchored Tocumwal to the bottom of the ladder with an 11.14 (80) to 8.10 (58).

The Hawks led by 27 points at the long break and held off the Bloods to finally win by 22.

Goals were shared among the victors, with James Hazelman, Dallas Gowans and Dylan Brooks starring for the side.

Matt Neill kicked three goals for Tocumwal, with Brad Perkins, Ken Chellew and Steven Poynton the team's best.

■ Nathalia continued its good recent run with a nine-goal last quarter securing the 18.9 (117) to 10.11 (71) come-from-behind win against Congupna.

Liam Evans kicked four and Alistair Corry, Sean Tenace and Ben Hitchcock all added three apiece for the winners, who were led by Brodie Ross, Tom Nihill and Adam Hickey.

Goals were shared for the Road, with Paul Kenelley, Kaine Greening and Mitch Beck trying hard.

Congupna player Daniel Bowles was also reported for striking Nathalia's Harley Cobbledick in the last quarter and has taken the set penalty of one week.

■ Mulwala came home with a flourish to avoid a major upset as the Lions kicked seven last-quarter goals to defeat Numurkah 15.12 (102) to 11.11 (77).

The home team trailed by 13 points at the last break before overcoming the Blues, with Michael Duiker, Kyle Archibald and Nick O'Bryan inspirational. Chase Strawhorn and Archibald each kicked three goals.

Mark Brown booted five goals for Numurkah, with Trent McInnes, Mitch Jones and Chris Oliver the team's best.

■The final game of the round saw Deniliquin Rams trounce Rumbalara 21.15 (141) to 9.6 (60), highlighted by a 10-goal second quarter.

Ash Morris (five), Brayden Hall (four) and Matt Robinson (three) led the goal-kickers, with Blair Whelan, Justin Barker and Ryan Chadderton the most influential.

Levi Power, Ash Miller and Dalton Guthrie tried hard for the home side, while Eric Edwards kicked three goals.
