Bendigo FNLMatch Preview | A win outside the top five, Kyneton and Strathfieldsaye face huge matches in Saturday’s sixth round of A-grade netball in the Bendigo Bank Bendigo FNL season.

The Kyneton Tigers are on their court at Kyneton Showgrounds to take on Castlemaine. It’s sixth up against third. The Dianne Guest-Oakley coached Kyneton has a 2-3 record following a 28-goal loss on Gisborne’s court in the fifth round played on May 13.

Kyneton’s work in all thirds of the court will be important against a Castlemaine line-up which is playing with plenty of confidence.

Jointly coached by Fiona Fowler, a key player in defence, and Gary Cooke, Castlemaine scored a 55-39 victory against Kangaroo Flat on May 13 at Camp Reserve.

The seventh-placed Strathfieldsaye takes to the court at Kennington’s Harry Trott Oval to meet the fifth-placed South Bendigo.
