Bendigo Advertiser | LVFNL club Mitiamo has signed former AFL Queensland star Luke Scott. The 30-year-old joins the Superoos from the Western Magpies, where he played in two senior premierships in 2006 and 2008.

Regarded as the best swingman in the AFL Queensland competition, Scott adds some class and depth to the Superoos’ squad.
“Luke is a well-known player in Queensland and (Mitiamo big man) Mick I’Anson had played against him up there,’’ Mitiamo coach Justin Maddern said.
“Luke played with (former Mitiamo player) Jimmy Rozynski in Queensland and Jimmy was going to come back to us this year, but he hurt his knee. Jimmy was the one that got us onto Luke and it eventuated from that. Luke sort of fell into our lap, which was nice.
“He’s been ranked in the top 10 players in the competition and he knows his way around the footy field.
“He is a genuine utility… he can play anywhere. That gives us some more flexibility and we can just play Luke in a spot where we’re struggling.
