Match Reviews | Pyramid Hill moved two wins clear at top of the A-grade netball ladder after Saturday’s round five clash at Mitiamo in the Bendigo Bank Loddon Valley FNL season.
The Bulldogs kept their unbeaten record intact as they marked a 54-49 victory on Mitiamo’s court at John Forbes Oval.
It was another outstanding performance by the Chelsea Emmerson-coached team in red, white and blue.
Pyramid Hill’s unbeaten streak began with a 15-goal win at Gadsden Finance Serpentine Reserve and was followed by a 39-goal win against Calivil United.
In round three the Bulldogs netted a 20-goal triumph at Marong, and then a 14-goal win against Bridgewater.
The Jen Wilson-coached Mitiamo is now on a three-one record.
The Superoos will aim to bounce back when they play at Inglewood’s Centre State Scaffolding Oval next Saturday.
Bridgewater was too strong at home for Bears-Lagoon Serpentine.
The Mean Machine and Bears were locked on two wins going into the contest.
