Heathcote District FNLMatch Previews | A clash between the Cats and Bulldogs highlights Saturday’s eighth round of A-grade netball in the Bendigo Bank Heathcote DFNL season.

Lockington Bamawm United will be on its court at Nichol Trading Oval to take on North Bendigo from 2.30pm.

A win for the LBU Cats will keep the heat on the fifth and sixth-placed Heathcote and Mount Pleasant who face big tests at White Hills and against Elmore.

The Ash Cullen-coached LBU is on the rebound from a 77-34 loss at Colbinabbin’s M.J. Morgan Oval.

A win-loss tally of one-five has North Bendigo in eighth place.

The Kiralee Kinder and Stacey Kingdon-coached North Bendigo could jump a couple of rungs by winning this match.

The Bulldogs will be desperate to improve many areas of their game following a 31-44 loss at home to Mount Pleasant at Bendigo Club Oval last Saturday.

A Mount Pleasant line-up coached by Anthea McCleary will have gained plenty of confidence from its second win of the season.
