Match Reviews | The Murrabit Blues won a great match with the Ultima Kangaroos to hold top spot on the A-grade netball ladder in the Golden Rivers FNL’s 13th round played on Saturday.
In what could be a preview to this September’s grand final it was Murrabit which won 41-39 on its court.
Upset of the round was at Hay where the Lions were beaten by Macorna.
The Hay Lions retained third place in the premiership race, but would have been bitterly disappointed by a 54-62 loss to the Tigers.
Victory has put Macorna level on 20 points with the fourth-placed Moulamein.
The Tigers are 17 per cent behind the Swans going into next Saturday’s showdown at Macorna.
Moulamein marked a 43-29 win at home against Wandella last Saturday.

Murrabit 152 per cent, 44 points; Ultima 108, 36; Hay 95, 32; Moulamein 111, 20; Macorna 94, 20; Wandella 60, 0.
