Pyramid Hill was too strong for Marong in the clash of the Bulldogs and Panthers at Pyramid Hill’s Mitchell Park.

The team in red, white and blue netted a 70-45 victory in a duel between second and fifth on the ladder.

A Pyramid Hill team coached by Chelsea Emmerson, Simone Edgley and Laura Herbert will now prepare for a huge test at Mitiamo’s John Forbes Oval next Saturday.

It’s the rematch of the ’24 grand finalists from 3pm on the Superoos’ court.

The Bridget Willox-coached Marong will aim to rebound from defeat when it takes on Calivil United in the Panthers’ den at Jackal Oval in Marong’s Malone Park.

Mitiamo passed the 80-goal mark in Saturday’s match on Calivil United’s court at Calivil Recreation Reserve.

The Superoos won a high-scoring match, 82-54, against the Cindy Portwine-coached Calivil United.
