YARRAM recorded its second draw of the North Gippsland netball season, finishing level with Glengarry 50-50 on Saturday.
Gormandale missed the chance to reduce the deficit to ladder leader Rosedale after losing to Heyfield 45-34. The victory moved the Kangaroos into third place on the ladder, ahead of Traralgon-Tyers on percentage.
Churchill had a 44-34 win over TTU, while Cowwarr was too strong for Boisdale-Briagolong, winning 63-33.
Woodside, Rosedale and Sale City had the bye.
LUCKNOW maintained its hold on second spot on the East Gippsland ladder with a 40-33 win over Wy Yung.
The Mapies lead third-placed Paynesville, who defeated Lindenow 45-43, on percentage.
Lakes Entrance recorded its first win of the season, defeating Orbost-Snowy Rovers 37-31.
