OvensMurrayFNl22 squarev2League Preview | An early hint of spring weather will greet teams for a cracking final round of matches in the 2022 SS&A OMFNL season with the top five undecided.

Nothing will change at the top or in second position despite first placed Wangaratta and second placed Yarrawonga playing each other at the Norm Minns Oval.

Albury appear sage to hold third position – for this to change it would require the injury depleted Tigers to lose large against Wangaratta Rovers, their opponent at the Albury Sportsground. Currently Albury are one game and 19 % ahead of the Rovers. The Tigers have a plus 341 for and against, while Rovers have 111 plus for and against.

For Rovers to bridge that gap they would have to beat Albury by about 120 points. Very unlikely despite the Tigers massive injury toll. Wangaratta Rovers can only lose a place in the top five if they were beaten by Albury and both Myrtleford and Lavington win – although the Panthers would have to win very big.
